With seven years of sales management experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, Frederic Guitton brings his experience and understanding of what it takes to engage customers. Frederic was one of the most active users and early adopters of web technology when joining with National City. Frederic helped create and was responsible for the web platform for Florida. Over 90% of Frederic’s new clients have started by completing an application online since 2001. As an area manager, he saw and understood the need to get in front of the customer first, and has always been involved in his partners marketing strategies. Frederic was the top performer in Florida 9 years in a row and was not only recognized within his company, but also by his peers (2006 Loan Officer of the year with the Central Florida Mortgage Banker association).

As an Area manager, Frederic helped grow National City’s presence from less than $20M to over $190M in yearly mortgage funding. He also managed a team of 24 Senior Mortgage professionals. He was part of many National Sale Advisory boards within National City Mortgage. Frederic is a high integrity person and is all about the customer’s experience, as well as making sure there is value offered in everything he does.
